If you are having a problem with either duckbills swelling open or the tubing cracking, we recommend replacing the entire bellows pump with this assembly. In the field, you will be unable to retrofit the small duckbills with the large duckbills. If the tubing has cracked or fallen off, chances are a duckbill failure is not far behind.
