Brass Pump Mosquito 107 GPH

Mosquito misting pump will work with most all system types. Your current pump needs to be replaced if you are hearing a loud noise, have checked all the filters, and you are simply not getting any pressure, but the motor is still turning. This can be verified by taking your current pump off, activating the system and making sure the spade on the motor still spins. If that is the case simply attach this new motor with the mounting ring that comes with it and you are all set!

The MistAway Brass Pump is an important part of the MistAway systems normal functioning. The brass pump helps to pressurize the misting system to spray mist efficiently. If your misting system is not performing normally, the brass pump may be faulty and needs to be replaced. Replacing the brass pump does require either the purchase or salvage of intake (#10190) and discharge (#10140) fittings.

Tools Needed

To install the Brass Pump, you will need a Phillips Head screwdriver that’s preferably magnetized and paper towels for blotting insecticide concentrate.

How to Use

• Step 1: Following MistAway’s specific directions, reposition the controller and plastic cover of the misting system until you can access the old pump.
• Step 2: Disconnect the old pump from the clamp that connects the pump and motor, and pull the pump off the motor. Release the intake and discharge tubing from the push-to-connect fittings on the pump.
• Step 3: Replace with the new brass pump and position it correctly, then secure it in place. Make sure to connect it to the intake and discharge tubings as well. Screw the clamp back on and tighten it.
• Step 4: Reassemble the Misting System and then test out the pump with a misting session according to MistAway’s instructions.

Where to Use

The Mistaway brass pump can work on all units of MistAway Mosquito Misting Systems but is made from the Gen 1.3 or 3 Misting System versions.

When to Use

The MistAway Pump should be replaced when the pump is not pressurizing the system properly and creating an efficient mist from out of the nozzles.
